Who is responsible
HR Stack Index decides how survey data is used. Contact: hr@hrstackatlas.com.
What we collect
- About your organization: company website (optional - you can choose not to share it).
- About you: your role. Your email only if you ask for your snapshot or the report.
- Your answers: platforms used, satisfaction, renewal timing and plans, AI adoption and priorities, and any comments you write.
- Your choices: which permissions you granted, the wording shown, the policy version and the time.
- Usage: an anonymous survey-start event (a random identifier, no personal data) to measure completion rates. Your draft answers are saved only in your own browser until you submit.
How we use it
- To produce aggregated research, with groups under five organizations suppressed.
- To generate your personal HR Technology Snapshot.
- To email you the snapshot and report, if you asked.
What we don’t do
- We don’t publish anything that identifies you or your organization.
- We don’t sell or share your email address.
- We don’t share identifiable company records with vendors.
- We don’t ask for contract values, pricing or confidential terms.
Retention and your rights
We keep responses for as long as they are needed for the research program. You can ask to access, correct or delete your response by emailing hr@hrstackatlas.com with the reference on your snapshot.
